Phages without lysis inhibition sensu stricto.
Records showing lysis inhibition proper are held for a separate set, since distinguishing it from
physiological delay needs a criterion this collection does not yet have.
853 records across 8 phages: T1 121, T3 52, T5 91, T7 58, r48 54, T2 40, T4 58, T6 34. Each from Phage_<name>_biological_repeats.xlsx. No records are removed at build time. 2 records are truncated: T1 block 47 (RB42 1.0, 2024-04-20b) at 24 h, T1 block 48 (RB63 1.0, 2024-04-20b) at 24 h, keyed by date, stock and wells rather than by block number.
Where the culture deviated before the detector's first testable point, TDmulti reads
\u201cnot measurable\u201d and no line is drawn: the value would be the floor whatever the culture did.
Landmarks come from calculator build 2026083102: slopes stamped at the centre of their fitting window, the multivariate cutoff anchored to the fastest control slope seen so far rather than to the record’s global peak, the slope window the shorter of 36 minutes and 9 readings, and deviation onset taken as the first peak in slope rather than the largest.
Block numbers are the workbook's own; weeding is done in the workbooks. Grey is the phage-free control,
color the phage-treated culture. Every y axis starts at zero and,
by default, every panel in view shares one x span and one y span, so panel-to-panel differences
are real differences. Click a panel to enlarge; flag panels for the write-up.
Transition width is carried here for reference only.
It derives from primaryLysisWindow, which selects the largest drawdown rather than the first,
so on any record that lyses, regrows and declines again the figure describes the second event.
Do not classify on it until that is repaired.

control, no phagephage-treatedTDstat — the 5% crossing — aligned ratio crosses 0.95, shaded to two sigma of the record's own pre-deviation scatter. No slope window, so no dead zone. What each landmark is, with the values that produced these numbers (calculator build 2026083102). TDstat: treated OD falls to 95% of the control’s OD at the same moment, after dividing out the mean of the first five treated/control ratios. TDmulti: the treated-minus-control d(OD)/dt falls below −(1 − 0.5) times the fastest control d(OD)/dt seen so far — a 50% shortfall against the control’s running peak rate, over a window the shorter of 36 min and 9 readings. DO: the first peak in the treated curve’s own slope. TDuni: that slope has since fallen 20%. The three thresholds are percentages of three different quantities and are not comparable.DO — deviation onset: the treatment curve's own peak slope, the moment it stops accelerating. Needs no control.TDmulti — threshold deviation, treatment against controlODmax — enlarged view only

The three thresholds are not commensurable: TDstat is 5% of the control's OD, TDmulti is
5% of the control's peak rate, and TDuni is a 20% drop from the treatment's own peak rate.TDalt — amber dash-dot, and shown only on records where the multivariate detector
found no crossing. The first time the treated culture had achieved less than 95% of the growth its
control achieved over the same interval. A fallback, not a substitute: where TDmulti
exists it is the better landmark and TDalt is not drawn.headline — the calculator's single best threshold deviation for this record, with the

A separate question from precision: a record can pin its own crossing to three minutes and be
contradicted by the other two landmarks by three hours, and a record with a wide interval can
still have all three estimators agreeing within a few minutes.P precision, left border · A accuracy, right border ·
